I've got a big ole brisket on the smoke right now, but I'm looking for some other ideas for appetizers. We don't usually have a sit down dinner for NYE. We've got family coming over and we'll just have stuff coming and going throughout the night.
There's the obvious: sliced nekkid fatties, ABT's and MOINK balls I've been wanting to try those other new things that I've seen here, but for the LIFE of me I can't remember what name they got? Pig something. The smoked sausage with bacon and brown sugar (I think), skewered with a toothpick. WHAT ARE THESE?

I'm not sure what those are called either. They sound good. I like regular pig candy with lots of cayenne. Use maple bacon.
For something different, try chicken lollypops. They are wings that you bunch up, rub and smoke. I also like stuffed mushroom caps.

Yeah, good call. I also love to do shrimp wrapped with a whole basil leaf and then wrapped with bacon. THAT is killer.
