I'm doing a whole packer brisket. 10.5 lb'er. It will be on my char griller Akron kamado
it's my first brisket. Still trying to figure out what to do with it. Not gonna lie, it's intimidating!!

I am doing some venison summer sausage with jalapeno cheese.

Might do some ribs on Sunday, not sure yet.

Well my wife announced that the holiday had killed her and she is going on a diet for at least the next month and therefore I am on own for dinners....so this weekend, I have a 14 pound brisket, 9 pound butt and two racks of ribs going it....to be vacume sealed and freeze---

Just picked up some Bone in NY Strips at the grocery store for $4.99/lb. Gonna have that tonight and doing a grass fed packer that wife's uncle raised tomorrow.

I may not have time to cook this weekend.

Hopefully I can at least cook a chicken or pork tenderloin or something.
