Default I just deep fried a Fatty, Holy sh@t!!
I thought about a naked fatty for the game, but then decided to go all out. This thing is rediculous. Hot sausage, charizo, sauted jalapenos (with seeds) onions, mushrooms, habenero jack cheese, and of course bacon.

Then sliced thin, lightly covered with flour, then egg wash, and finally panko bread crumbs and deep fried.

I know the joys of a plain naked fatty, but sometimes my friends you have to go crazy. This is super good!!

That looks really good! I will try it someday when I have a terminal disease.....ease the pain and bring on a heart attack :) Really though, looks awesome!
