You killed me with those farkin fries.

I'd crawl through 40 feet of concertina wire for plate of those.

Oh, and the wings look tasty too. I just got 5 packages of Oakridge rubs and can't wait to give them all a try. (Used the Santa Maria on some butterflied tenderloin filets Christmas night and it rawked.)

I tossed the wings in a bowl of head country hot. That sauce stuck on good to the meat.

The fries consist of colby-jack cheese, green onions, jalapeños, bacon, and ranch dip. Stole the recipe from Chilis.

The fries....did you cook them on the grate? I've never tried to fix fries on a grill before.

I've done fries in a pellet pooper several times with good results. I just put them on a perforated grill pan, season and cook. Turn if needed.

What's in the foil packet with the jalapeños on top?
