So excited.....i received pork pullers from my gf and a pizza stone from her parents for Christmas...time to pull the UDS out of the snow/re-season and test out the new toys!!! Anyone else get some cool bbq gears??

Got the ribolator, gonna test it on the gasser until the Cajun bandit rotes ring gets here on the 2nd. Also got the BBQ guru!!

I got 2 meat slicers, Chef's Choice 610 and Cabela's 150 Pro. Keeping the Chef's Choice 610 after running side by side comparison with pastrami and pork loin. Now I'll use the $ from the returned slicer and get the A-Maze-n Pellet Smoker and do some bacon and cheese. The slicer and last year's gift of a Food Saver means I'll have a freezer full of sliced meats and cheeses.

I got my very first smoker, a brinkmann charcoal smoker. And I'm trying to get everything figured out on how to smoke as I have only ever used gas grills.
