Default Quick question, turkey is getting close to done!

When I am finished with my turkey and I am letting it rest for 30 minutes, do I cover it with foil during that time or just leave it out on the counter in the kitchen.

You can tent with foil loosely, but if you wrap it you will lose any crispness you had in the skin.

Loosely cover it, like a tent.

Just let it sit on your counter for the 30mins. It will still be nice and hot when you cut into it.

I tent loosely, but, you won't need to for that short a rest.

Personal preference, I never cover. Skin stays crispy.
