Wife wants BBQ for Christmas, she gets BBQ! 13 degrees outside 275 in the pit. Waiting until it is 5 o'clock somewhere. Do I have to follow that 5 o'clock rule on Christmas?

No five o'clock rules on Christmas My breakfast was a Cobia and 3 fingers Wild Turkey 100 proof. My weather is tropical today compared to yours 40 and rain but the Sweet Blue is fliiln the TX air.

We are making a couple of Chuckies for dinner with smoked pumpkin pie. (Not sure how that is going to turn out) Wife is working on all the trimmings. We plan on having about 15 but it seems like enough food for 100.
