Hey John, that smells great. Pepper chuck is my go to for chuck.
Since I can't get Stout around here and we're not beer drinkers, I didn't
know what to sub beer wise. Settled with Dr. Pepper soda. Second time
I made it, I put a couple cans of mushrooms in it. They fit right in that
recipe.

I saw a thread by FamilyManBBQ where he used Root Beer. Maybe you guys are onto something with using soda! Mushrooms sound like an excellent addition & I will have to try adding them. Thanks!
