Default Bacon Jerky

Well I make bacon and jerky regularly, but yesterday in the supermarket I saw a package of "Bacon Jerky". Not really sure what it is, but sounds interesting, anyone know exactly what it is and/or how to make it?

I would have thought the fat content would make it not practical

Thanks
