Default hot and fast brisket, ham and chukies by Tq and Tyler

Cooked a full packer 15#er was running 350/375degrees came out great took about 6hrs rubbed down with olive oil and southern seasoning made in Selma Alabama. I also smoked 23 hams and gave them to neighbors and co-workers.

The brisket had a beautiful bark that i knocked off getting out of cooker, long story but I was not happy

chuckies for my neighbor after searing real well I took some beef cubes and 1 pack of lipton onion soup mix, made a broth and put back on the cooker. Man was it good!!!!!!
