I'm a big fan of Griswold pans too. I had a no. 10 skillet I got from my mom who probably got it from her family in Wisconsin. Great pan, but heavy at about 7-1/2 pounds. A few years ago I bought a Griswold no. 10 off ebay in perfect shape (no lid though) and it works just the same but weighs only 4 pounds.
My partner Karen really really appreciates the difference when she has to get that sucker out or put it away! seattlepitboss |
