Default A slightly different approach to my wings (pron)

Typically, I either grill (indirectly) or bake my wings until they are done, toss them in sauce, and serve. I loved the way another member's wings looked (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...t=week+cooking), so I decided to try his approach: grill at 300* for 60 mins, toss in sauce, grill at 400* for 30 mins. They came out pretty well. They don't look quite as good as R2Egg2Q's did, but they were still great. Hope you enjoy!

On the grill they go. Indirect at 300* for 60 minutes with oil, salt, and pepper.

Time to sauce!

Sauced. Time to grill at 400* for 30 mins.

Ready to pull.

Time to eat!
