Default 1,000 lbs. in my Ole Hickory SSJ

Just thought I would show you guys a pic of my Ole Hickory SSJ loaded with 1,000 lbs. of briskets and butts. I loaded it at 4AM so were starting to get some color. All that juice self basting for 10-12 hours makes for some great Q!
