Loin Chop Sandwich (pron)
I had some leftover loin chops from this cook http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=149593 And decided I could make a killer sandwich out of the leftovers. So I sliced the chops as this as possible and;
The players.  My helper.  Sauteed spinach, onion and garlic onto the bread.  Sliced loin chop, roasted red pepper.  Provolone and bacon.  The set up.  On to the griddle.  Under pressure.  Pulled.  Served.  This thing was AWESOME, I will be doing this again soon!!!!

Thanks all, this really turned out great, the hot griddle and the 10# weight put a nice crust and press on it. The only thing I will change for next time, is not so many briquettes to start out with, the griddle was screaming hot and I had to wait forever for it to cool down.
