Default Christmas Ham and Chickens!

This is my first Christmas with the Okinawan in-laws! Since Okinawans traditionally eat Chicken for Christmas I bought some chickens! So, I got a 10lb ham, a 7lb chicken, and 2- 4lb chickens. The ham and the biggest chicken have been on the WSM for 4 hours @ 250ish now and wow....does the house smell good! The ham has a brown sugar/maple syrup glaze waiting! The 7lb chicken is injected with butter and garlic, rubbed in Weber's very own Kickin' Chicken! The 2- 4lbers are rubbed in veg oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Those guys will be going in the oven shortly. The wife is making mashed potatoes, scalloped corn, and good ole cheesecake! Here is the PRoN!
