Default Live pit and meat temps from the polar bear

We did a trial run a couple of weeks ago at home, but this time it is for real. Live temperatures from our assassin smoker in Columbia, MO.

http://gettinbasted.com/temp

The brisket temp is currently the outside air temperature for fun. Nice and balmy! Let me know how it works.

The "brisket" temp is the outside temp. Our brisket is on another smoker and is currently 165. Brad (the thread starter) and his wife braved the overnight 2 degree fun. I was safe and warm in a nearby hotel.
