Thanks everyone, it was awesome delish!
Very successful way of getting some delicious BBQ pork out in a quick time with satisfaction in the result!
The salsa was bloody good in the sammie!

Ryan I am still a babe in the woods with only 4 rubs tried so far, but The Rub Company Original is going to take some beating.
I've made lots at home but I cannot match the particle size, which I think is the genius in bringing the magic.
If anyone has a favorite and is considering trying something different, this is a classic!
Don't hesitate!
