Each a little shy of 8 pounds. The ones on the left have S/M Sweet and Spicy and the ones on the right using S/M Spicy Apple, smoking with hickory (need to procure more chunks). Also involved in debacle (first time cooking this much) is my new toy from Steve at the BBQ Equipment Store (fantastic service and real fast delivery, thanks Steve), the BBQ GURU DigiQ DX2.
