Default Friday cook

Each a little shy of 8 pounds. The ones on the left have S/M Sweet and Spicy and the ones on the right using S/M Spicy Apple, smoking with hickory (need to procure more chunks). Also involved in debacle (first time cooking this much) is my new toy from Steve at the BBQ Equipment Store (fantastic service and real fast delivery, thanks Steve), the BBQ GURU DigiQ DX2. Sorry about all the shameless plugs, but will promote those that assist me in making my endeavors better than they most likely would have been. Sorry for the monolog..
