Default Pecan wood Smoked Beef Ribs

Grocery stores been running specials on prime rib for the holidays. So some meaty beef ribs are there for the taking. Picked up some for more easy bachelor style grindz. Too busy with the kirin to do any rub, just threw on some sea salt, and brushed on da sauce. Smoked these for 2 hrs at about 250-300. Some ono grindz. Rajah that.

Those are some of the meatiest beef ribs I've ever seen from a store. The stores around here leave next to nothin on the bones, so I never pick them up for Q. Lookin' real tasty too!

Check out Yokes my neighboring brother... I've found some really meaty back ribs there on occasion; especially around the holidays.

Hoo bruhs, those are some ribs you guys have. Was running low on da kine secret recipe guava bbq sauce, need to make more. By the way anyone experience this, everything checked out and first go around was juicy and succulent. But I saved two in da fridge and heated them up for a midnight snack. Those. Words could not describe the flavor. When I do baby backs they don't seem to reheat as good for some reason.
