Found some ahi at the grocery store, which doesn't happen very often.
Marinated the tuna in olive oil for a couple of hours, then sprinkled with Mad Hunky general purpose rub.. ![]() ![]() ![]() topped with a sesame seed blend... ![]() gave the grill mates a brush of oil ![]() seared the tuna just a minute or so on each side... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() made a lettuce wrap with slaw and a ginger dressing.. ![]() I liked it a lot! The MH dry rub added a nice flavor, will use it again! Thanks for looking!

I am not familiar with that rub, but sesame seeds make a lot of sense with fresh tuna. CD
