Default Turkey fatty on the Mini-WSM

I did a turkey fatty on the mini it was a little dry anything i can do besides bacon? Was quite tasty tho

Well, that looks good. Is that stuffing surrounded by bacon? Where's the turkey?

I like the idea of a turkey fatty. Maybe you had too much stuffing in your fatty? i don't think i would serve it with a side of stuffing either. Maybe top with some gravy too?

Ground turkey is usually really lean, which is why it's easy to dry out. maybe next time mix a little bacon or bacon drippings into the turkey, or cut the turkey with some pork sausage

There is turkey between the bacon and the stuffing

The bowl in the back has green bean cassrole in it yummy! What you have something against more stuffing????
