Default Filets on the Hibachi

I always check out the Filet's when I go to my local Sam's club. They are consistently $10 per lb. cheaper than anywhere else you can find them around here, but you have to find the right package to get really good ones. All 4 of these were Excellent! thick and tender as could be. Pulled them off at 130 and rested under foil for about 10 min. Too busy eating to get a pic of them on the plate, sorry...

The one off of Lemay at Mehl Ave. They used to be $12lb, now up to $14. Sometimes they have a lot to choose from, other times not so much. Every once in a while you will find a good pack of 4.
