Love breakfast on smoke day. House is sound asleep and I get to enjoy some fatty sandwiches followed with a big ol' dip afterwards (wife doesn't approve so I'm sneaky).

Looks great! Glad I'm not the only one who has to sneak a dip! I made everyone else miserable at breakfast though instead of getting up early and eating what I want alone. Made chilaquiles much to everyone's chagrin.....

Yup

Only a real pitmaster gets to eat BBQ for breakfast. The rest have to wait for lunch or dinner.

My fave is a big hunk of pulled pork on a hot, buttered biscuit with a cup of joe.
