I am planning to season up and smoke some Spanish Marcona Almonds. My wife insists that I am out of my mind, that they have too delicate a taste to abuse that way. I disagree...and am going to give it a shot, but figured I would at least go through the motions and see if anyone has tried this before and what sort of luck they had.
Thanks

I love smoked almonds, although I can't speak to that specific type that you are smoking. Sounds like a fun experiment, let us know how they turn out.
