Default Sauce by numbers

  • How many open bottles in your fridge?
  • How many are you feeding.
  • When has a bottle of sauce been around long enough?

How many open bottles in your fridge? At least 3, probably 4...
How many are you feeding. Um... 2 on a daily basis...
When has a bottle of sauce been around long enough? When it's empty.. or something is growing in it, which has never happened.

We usually have two bottles of sauce in the fridge. There are four of us eating (often with a few guests) . If a bottle of sauce lasts more than a few months, it is probably not worth the fridge space that it is taking up.

Between hot sauce and Q sauce, around 10 open. I feed 4. and hot sauce will last through a good blast. The Q sauce- never left around long enough to get "funky"

OK, I've tabulated the results. If you got 'em, fire 'em up. Good 'til they bite you in the arse.
