First tests prove pretty good!
The twist, I "wrote" borrowed/modified some PHP code and track it, cached so the controller does not get hit with web requests. Source code will follow if I can document howto run the code (it needs cleaned up a bunch started last night with the idea only 1 paid software is used the rest is Ubuntu or any Linux web server with PHP) http://solarix.25u.com:8866/Cyber/ Forgive me if the site is slow/down etc. My cable only has so much bandwidth. Keep is mind, this is a cheap side box wal-mart grill/smoker 8 years old or better, I sealed all the doors with RTV Silicone formed gaskets(per a pdf by HawgHeaven.... Thank YOU! Cross flow plates and a chimney move come next). Installed the new CyberQ with 10cfm fan feeding air to the fire, lowered the outlet on the chimney by ~6" (again the pdf) so the heat stays in the grill at grill grate height. 10cfm is not enough for wood but that's no mind I can add a 3" square chunk for flavor and the fan can keep up. Fun Stuff.... Jerry Allen |

Looks great. Yes the CyberQ WIFI can really only handle one request/response at a time, multiple requests/response it will freeze up. I created a middle tier self hosted REST webservice to handle all requests/responses to the controller. Now I can have many users/devices using the webservice with excellent performance.

Thanks for the comments! I use your software as well "but" I wanted to be able to share the result over the web...... Your software is by far more complete and refined. I will be working on this for a long time I am sure. Jerry |
