Default Quick & Easy Turkey Stock

Do you need some real turkey stock really quick? Bust out
your pressure cooker and put that bad boy to work. Who
has time to simmer for hours? Not me!

Yep, thanks for this! I'm one of those fellas who has enough time to do it the old school way, but as I'm starting my garden this upcoming season I wish to get canning going, so this will be an additional reason to get it, and save time whenever I need/desire to do so.
