AB has done it again... I brined the bird (14 pounder) with this recipe, let her sit overnight in the fridge, the smoked her with apple and cherry for about 3 hours at 350.

Found out this is the brine my wife used. At around 350 on a BGE for who kept track how long it came out like this....
