![]() ![]() Thighs brining for 8hrs. wings in a solution 50/50 water and white vinegar for 3hrs. in the fridge ![]() Ready for the grill ![]() ![]() Smoking @ 375* for 50-min. ![]() ![]() Ready to serve ![]() Served with Giada's mashed potatoes, and haricot vert green beans. I have some avocado wood seasoning now. Never used it before, what are your opinions on it? What type of meat have you used it with?
