I've got a 19lbs Turkey, smoking it with a Turkey cannon, on an offset smoker, @ 350 to 400. What can I expect the cook time to be?
Thx bros!

Start checking temp around 2 hours with the expectation it might need an additional hour. It won't be done after 2 hours but it should be more than halfway there.

3-3 1/2 hours would be my guess, but I cook them a bit lower
