Default New Jambo Backyard (With Pron)

On a previous thread I explained how I totally trashed my Treager and wife gave me the green light to get another smoker. Bought the Jambo Backyard model Got the doors sealed up and a test run of four hours. Considering we had wind gusts up to 25mph yesterday, I was realy surprised how it held the temp steady. This thing is built like a tank.


Now I have to resist the temtation of smoking 200lbs of meat over a four day weekend!
