I used my WSM today for thanksgiving bird and ham. So I stayed in bed. Best way to spend Black Friday. Bunch of nut jobs out there.

I left the house long enough to get my cigars.
Was going to go to Gander to buy ammo, but I got over it. The SoDT is a different story though.

Can I get your thoughts on the wusthof pro line knives? I would like to get some good knives for the house. the only decent knife I have is a Forschner 14" slicer for my brisket. Everything else I have is el cheapo stuff
