congrats on your new addition but it's too bad you didn't get the gifted gray one - it reads the temps much faster than the other colors but does so in a way as to not hurt the other colors feelings

They are an awesome tool.
You do know that there isn't a faster Thermapen than the hot Red. I gotta say though that the Orange is a close second, it's just a cooled down Red... |
