Default Big Pig......

So, this past spring my neighbor is telling me about rounding up all these hogs and piglets on some farm land that his good friends family owns. He says he is gonna catch a little fellow, fix him and then put him in a pen on the farm and corn feed him to fatten him up. Well this little adventure came to a conclusion this past weekend. We borrowed a rotisserie cooker from a friend and went and "processed" our hog, we think is dressed out at about 150 + pound. Plan was to start if around 3 a.m. and let it roll until about 4 or 5. So we set up the cooker Saturday afternoon, ready for early AM start, Got up early and fired up the cooker and had an immediate blow out of the fire tube and no way to control the fire, Fark. On the plan "B", Call out the WEBER Army and cut up this little piggy for Hot and Fast Weber cooking. Finished the last butt around 6:00 p.m. Sure was a lot of fun! We injected it with MoJo and Apple juice and let it sit over night in an ice packed cooler, and then rubbed it with about 2 pounds of SM Sweet and Spicy.........It was really good. The last picture is just PART of what came off this thing. ENJOY
