I made a pork chop stew based on Phubar's posting from a while back which was awesome !
I'll be doing that again soon with some bacon squares in it.
I also made some hot wings for snacking.

The rest of the weekend ? Dunno, but I'm sure some meat will hit the grates !

I did my first kettle rotisserie turkey today!! Test run for Thanksgiving and it went GREAT!

Fired up the uds today. Smoked a pork loin roast and some boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I had put in brine last night. Had the chicken breasts for dinner, very tender. Tasted great with a glaze of honey, ketchup, and raspberry vinegarette.
SNPP w/ mods, Patio Master(30 years old), Kettle Grill, Copper Penny UDS, and Maverick 73 thermo.

Youth and enthusiasm are easily overcome by old age and treachery.

Tonight did some Sausages and ABTs. Had some extra mixture so I threw on some stuffed mushrooms as well. Tomorrow going to be doing a Ham and a play on pork candy.
