Phubar's Chocolate Chipotle Chicken Pron

I cooked the tomato paste in olive oil to sweeten it up.
Added a puree out of garlic,tomato,onion,chipotle,smoked habanero,parsley.
Cooked it for a while with a stick of cinnamon,raisins,cumin,sugar,salt, lemon juice.
In the end of the cook I put some 78% cacao chocolate.
StuPh is wicked good!

Ok, I agree that you make some of the best looking and I am sure tasting food here. You need to go on pit masters or top chef. No doubt you would kick butt.
