Default Charcoal Grilled, Fried Burgers

My pRon isn't as good as some, i know, but these were outstanding. Wish i had taken more pics along the way.

First turn on the burger, onions, jalapeno, and buns just added to the cook.

Off the grill.

All put together now.

What is it about the juicy love that gets over everything and makes the world a better place.

Outstanding. My if-I-was-stranded-on-a-deserted-island food is a good cheeseburger.
