I never knew Smokey Bones was owned by same people as Olive Garden and Red Losbster

I ate at the Smokey Bones in N Charleston and had nothing but good things to say about it

Guy told me they used a Southern Pride for their meats

Havnt tried the one in Ronkonkama, NY. yet, but hope to soon

The one in Ronkonkoma happens to be right next door to a Red Lobster. It's not bad but not great. The Brisket was actually good but the pulled pork wasn't so good. At least when we went. It's always packed. It's not the best commercial Q I have ever had but it was definetely not the worst. I guess I would say "Middle of the Road".

I agree, the one up here in New York was just OK. Nuthin great, but not that bad either. Of course the waitresses were not near as hot as the one you describe.
