Default Bonus at work =WSM!

Got a $250 bonus from work. I am getting it as an Amazon card and buying a REAL smoker finally. I don't cook for a lot of people so I am going with the 18" and that will allow me to put some money towards a Maverick and/or Thermapen.

It's a great machine that'll turn out some good food and last a long time.

If the wife doesn't buy me one, I am getting myself a Kwanza gift. I still haven't decided as between the 18" and the 22".

Very nice, a WSM is a nice cooker, first or one of many.

I was debating between the 18" and 22". I just don't think I will need the 22" right away.
