We need a reefer truck tomorrow in brick NJ. We can pay. We'll probably need it about 10 days.

I would call the nearest large produce whole sale markets near your location. Otherwise I would Google commercial truck/trailer rentals near you.
Does the military have said trailers? I am just tossing out a few ideas here.
