Default National Sandwich Day--Bacon, Egg, and Cheese

My contribution.
Homemade twice smoked bacon (lots), egg, and 'merican Cheese, on a toasted Ciabbata bun.

Dave,
It was a coin toss between this and a BLT.
Actually a BLOT since I add a thin slice or two of onion.

Both are great, especially on a Ciabatta bun.

Have not done the onion thing but sometimes will lay on some cheese, swiss if I have it.
