Default Old post link, about brisket cooking.

For those struggling with brisket, here is an old post which may help.

If you go to the very bottom of the main page, there is a Google search bar. I typed in brisket and tons of information shows up. That bar only searches this forum. Here is one example.

Man, I see your heart is in the right place, but, there is never a need to send folks off-site to learn how to cook brisket. We have one of the best tutorials I have ever seen here in Bigabyte's post, Pitmaster T's posts and even the assemblage of links he created. Then there is Boshizzle, who's work on the Blackhawk hot-n-fast method is incredible.

Do you have a link to that hot and fast tutorial? I'd be interested in seeing it.
