Default Bulgogi beef and fried rice on the new griddle, think I'll try a TD entry

Got the new griddle for the 26.75 OTG done and thought I'd test drive it with Bulgogi beef, onions & bok choy with fried rice on the side, all firsts for me.

Here is the setup, a single layer of Stubbs and disposable foil drip pan (I designed/built the griddle with a rear clean-out)

Griddle down & getting hot with the fried rice fixings ready to go (+ plus the cook's adult beverage)

Rice on (precooked rice, some leftover roast pork, shrimps, eggs & soy).

Now the main event, thin sliced ribeye in Bulgogi marinade for 36 hours; added sliced onion and bok choy for the last couple hours.

Please use this shot for the TD entry (I'll add it to the TD thread too)

Beef & rice ready to go and plated.

Thanks for looking in and letting me play in the TD.

More info on the griddle build here.

Food looks great and nice job on the griddle. What kind of steel did you use.
