So I get off at 4pm and am having a couple friends over while we pass out candy. Trying to figure out something different and yet simple enough to smoke for dinner.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Gerry

Things that I like and take only 1-2 hours to smoke:

Chicken wings
Stuffed pork loin ....may have to make this one up ahead of time, at least the parts.
Whole chicken

Then there's always fatties, MOINK balls, kabobs, pork chops, steak, etc....

Smoke some brats or italian sausage, those only take about 2 hrs at 225-235, quicker if you run hotter. Sautee up some onions and peppers and you have yourself some quick good eats.

Get a bunch of chicken legs and cook them up and hand them out and have snacks for your friends.

don't have a food suggestion, just wanted to say you can cut the cooking time in half if you jack up temps to 300. This 225 BS is just that.
