Ted and Barney’s Seasoning Ted and Barney’s seasoning is a blend of spices developed by life-long butchers, Ted Maxwell and Barney Barnhart, that enhance the flavor of beef, chicken, fish, as well as wild game and fowl. Whether used as a rub or sprinkled topically, once you try Ted and Barney’s seasoning you’ll understand why it’s “The Butcher’s Blend”.

Hello T+B.I have loved rubs since the early 80`s when I got Paul Prudhomme`s blends from his Sous Chef before Emerill.I like and have been sent different blends through this site and have put them to the test.I cant with good conscience buy rubs off the shelf as not knowing both their age and ingredients.

Got a package in the mail today... a nice, 7oz bottle of Ted & Barney's Butcher Blend seasoning! I've got a couple of T-bones that will get a nice sprinkling of flavor this weekend...

Thanks again!

Had a chance to cook up some T-bones w/ the Butcher Blend tonight... excellent! Added a nice kick to them. Definitely, good stuff!
