Thanks for the pr0n. Never tried the sweet peppers before. Maybe I will next cook for the folks that can't walk on the spicy side.

I made up a batch when I first got the Traeger. That was three years ago; and I haven't made any since then. They are a PITA to make; and they disappear as soon as you put them on the serving line. They are delicious; but very time consuming to make enough to keep everyone happy.

I have never cooked them before. After opening this thread my mouth is watering. I am going to fix me some up very soon.

Are they still ABTs if they aren't wrapped with bacon?

Cheese, meat, seafood, veggies, onions, sweet peppers and a multitude of other stuff.
Let your creative juices flow.
Tons and tons of ABT threads here. Handy dandy search at bottom of the page will point you to them.

I stuffed mine (above) with a mixture of Asiago Cheese, cream cheese, finely diced onion, and a Lil Smokey cocktail sausage.

Here's a basic one with no extra stuffing.......
Like others have said: shrimp, lil' smokie, a small pull of pulled pork, strip of ham, I like a narrow chunk of chicken breast rolled in rub........
Various fruits & vegetables........

It's as easy as 1 ~~> 10
ONE:

TWO:

THREE:

FOUR:

FIVE:

SIX:

SEVEN:

EIGHT:

NINE:

TEN:

OPTIONAL: ELEVEN....

Eat them All !!!

Once I get rollin' I can wrap 90~100 per hour; just like anything else ~~>
Practice, eat result, practice, eat result, practice.....

I just made up some Stuffed with Shrimp.

I have made them with diced bacon mixed with cream cheese, and Diced pepperoni mixed with cream cheese as well.

Here's some shown in stages of assembly. Prepped them last night for a cook later today.

Stem end cut off the jalepenos, then halved, de-seeded and de-spined. Room softened cream cheese from a ziploc pastry bag with one corner cut off.

A touch of rib rub and Lil' Smokey sausage. These happen to be turkey.

Ready for the flames!
