I had a local church contact me about doing a lunch for them, i just heard that it has been moved to a brunch and ideas on what to serve for brunch? I was thinking a fresh fruit tray, some sort of breakfast casseroles but not sure what else...

We make a pulled pork, thin sliced potatoes and scrambled egg casserole (you can precook in an oven and serve controlled portions) for brunch events. Always a hit. Add some sliced fruit ,cookies and sweet rolls and coffee, lots of coffee....
