Default Office Christmas Party

Cooked a Brisket for the office Christmas party. Smoked it on Sunday on my Brother's WSM. {Had a great time with that cooker, can not wait to pay off the Christmas bills and buy myself a Good sized smoker.}

Party was today, and I must say, following the tips I learned here, it was very special to have people come up to me to say how good the brisket was. After about 30 mins, I went thru the buffet line looking for seconds. My pan the brisket WAS in was empty. I have a head cold and my taste buds are dead. I did not think it would go that quick, but the people here loved a brethren brisket.

Now being asked if I would cook a brisket if somebody else bought the meat.

I don't care about much of the things that are going on around me and my Business,but I really feel good when someone really enjoys the taste of good BBQ. That is my reward everything else pales in compairison and is just a job.

Hey congrats man and Good For You. It's always nice and the best compliment when people really enjoy your "hard work". They don't have to know you enjoyed every minute of it...
