Default Thanks Mini Guides.

Been pretty much lurking but this weekend converted my 20 year old SJG to a mini WSM. Made a fatty with bulk Italian Sausage, goat cheese and basil... A quick bacon basket wrap and then smoked w/apple at 250 for about 2 hours.

Verdict? The wife loved it and miracles never cease because the picky eater liked it as well.

Wanted to say thanks to all those that have posted up about the Mini WSM. The info was invaluable and results were remarkably good...

The family has already requested stuffed jalapenos, bacon-wrapped chicken lollipops and salmon - tout de suite!

I get the feeling they may lock me in the backyard until I deliver...
