Do any of you ever have someone that has the meat but wants u to cook it. I have someone that has a couple butts and wants me to price cooking them

Do you cook all the time?

If not its not really worth your time to cook for a couple butts, nor will you be able to charge enough.

How much would you charge if you were supplying the meat? Now take the raw cost of the meat and subtract from the total. There's your amount to charge for just cooking without supplying the meat.
